Commissioned notaries, ID checks, a digital seal and an audit trail in one monthly plan.
What's included
Every session in every plan comes with the same five parts. Nothing is an add-on.
| Included | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Identity verification | Each signer passes ID credential analysis, knowledge-based authentication and a liveness check before the session starts. |
| Commissioned notary | A notary commissioned for remote online notarization joins the video session, from our network or from your own team. |
| Digital seal and certificate | The notary applies a digital notary seal and a digital certificate, and the sealed PDF becomes tamper-evident. |
| Audit trail | Every step is logged with a timestamp, SHA-256 document fingerprints, IP and device data, exportable as PDF or JSON. |
| Recording reference | The audio-video recording is kept for the retention period of the notary's commissioning state and linked to the record. |
Why teams switch
Three things change the week your team moves notarizations online.
How it works
Six steps from upload to sealed record. Most take a single click.
Upload. Drag in your PDFs and mark signature and notary fields, or apply a saved template.
Invite. Add signers by email or text message. Each signer gets a secure link, no app download.
Verify identity. Signers pass ID credential analysis and knowledge-based questions. A failed check stops the session before it starts.
Meet the notary. A commissioned notary joins the video session, confirms identity and willingness, and witnesses the signatures.
Seal. The notary applies a digital seal and certificate. The document is locked and tamper-evident.
Keep the record. The sealed document, audit trail, journal entry and recording reference stay in your workspace, ready to export.

You sign the contract. Here is exactly what you are buying.
One subscription with a monthly allowance of network notary sessions. More volume means a higher plan, never a surprise invoice.
Every signer passes identity checks before a notary joins. Every sealed document is tamper-evident. Every record is kept for the retention period the commissioning state requires.
Roles for admins, senders and viewers. Google SSO on Scale, SAML SSO and SCIM on Enterprise. Your own commissioned notaries run sessions on the same platform.

Your volume is above the Scale allowance. Enterprise plans are sized to your volume.
Most US states authorize remote online notarization by statute, and a notarial act performed by a notary commissioned in one state is generally recognized in other states. Recipients such as county recorders, courts and banks can still have their own requirements, so check with the recipient when a document is going somewhere specific.
Acknowledgments, jurats and copy certifications cover most business documents: deeds, closing packages, powers of attorney, affidavits, corporate resolutions and employment declarations. Some documents, such as wills in many states and certain vital records, follow separate rules that vary by state. The document check on this page tells you what to confirm first.
Each signer scans a government-issued photo ID, answers knowledge-based questions and takes a liveness selfie. If a signer fails a step, the session does not start. State rules limit the number of retries, and the signer can try again later within those limits.
A session is one notarization meeting with up to 4 signers and up to 10 documents. Your allowance refreshes every billing period. When you need more sessions every month, you move to a higher plan.
Yes. Business, Scale and Enterprise plans include own-notary seats. Sessions run by your own notaries use the same session room, identity checks and audit trail, and they do not use your allowance.
Many states allow a notary to notarize for a signer located outside the US, with conditions set by the notary's commissioning state. For use abroad, a document may need an apostille issued by that state.
Records and recordings are kept for the retention period required by the notary's commissioning state. Enterprise plans can set a longer custom retention.
No. Signers join from a secure link in a current browser on a phone or computer with a camera and microphone.
Enterprise plans can be paid by invoice with net 30 terms. Starter, Business and Scale are paid by card, monthly or yearly.
